The Memorable Interview !

Hi All,

First of all about myself..

I am a Enthusiast with a very Positive Attitude towards world. Currently, Am working as a Hiring Manager for an IT Firm.

Have given many rounds of interviews in my life :), and now planning to make this process more fair and interesting.

I remember my third interview..
A 3 Recruiter Panel from a very reputed company (Name withheld for time being)

Recruiter1: Which Languages you know
Me: Hindi, English, Russian(2 Years Diploma), Japanese(4 Months Certification)

Recruiter1 & 2: Ha Ha
They turned to each other, and made me feel stupid.

Recruiter1: Do you know Kannada or Tulu
(I have a History from NITK Surathkal..)

Me: No
Recruiter2: Good.. Don't know local languages and learning so many things.
..
It was more like ragging, and they hardly asked any technical questions..
A memorable one..
